Dear Friends, Kharkiv is the second largest city in Ukraine on the eastern border of Ukraine with Russia, with over 25,000 Jews.
The recent bombings in Kharkiv have made the need for assistance even greater. Community members are turning to the shule for food, shelter and other needs. Some are stuck in their homes/apartments and are unable to leave.
Thank you for your moral support. . . we feel it! At the same time, we need financial help. We are trying to help every member of our community, with whatever they need. We need funds to buy food, buying extra beds, buying security equipment, medications, and basic necessities. We need your help! Thank you so much for being with us in this difficult situation.
